The machine can handle pallets with sizes mm 1000 x 1200 x max H.2000 with flat cardboard or plastic layercards or trays.

Machine with stationary table: with this system it is possible to load the pallet in the machine already without the cardboard hood, with transpallet or forklift truck, in the special centering frame that guarantees a correct positioning.

Robust and compact machine construction with linear guides to ensure the accuracy of movements.
Grip head with inflatable tubes for 3 rows of bottles.
The size change is simple and very fast by adjusting the position of the tubes according to the size.
Machine equipped with switchboard and electrical system + control panel.

Cycle of operation :
– pallet insertion
– removal of plastic cover and interlayer
– Up and down head with electric pulses via joystick (manual)
– automatic stop of the head on the bottles by limit switch
– gripping and releasing of the bottles by manual control
– manual lateral carriage translation (right/left)
– automatic head stop on the discharge table via limit switches
– automatic stop of the table chains during the bottles release, with automatic restart
– removal of empty pallet by the operator
